DESCRIPTION:Time to survey our year!! Photo: Danny Fog \nYou are cordially invited to a reserve celebration and the Annual General Meeting of the Yalukit Willam Nature Association. \nTo be held in person at the Yalukit Willam Nature Reserve with AGM formalities following at the Elwood Bowls Club\, 170 Glenhuntly Road\, Brighton\, on Thursday 28th November. \nWe will share informal talks covering many of the developments in the reserve and future plans along with a ceremony to mark all the year’s developments. \nReserve events between 5.30-7pm- please all meet at the YWNA shed\, if you arrive a little later we will be in the reserve near the billabongs. \nThe  Formal AGM will follow at 7.30pm in the Bowls Club. BYO drinks and light refreshments will be served. \n  \nAt the AGM\, members will have the opportunity to: \n\nHear a report on the outcomes of the past financial year (2023/24)\nElect officers and members of the Committee of Management for 2024/25\nApprove last year’s AGM Minutes (Read YWNA’s AGM 2023 Unconfirmed Minutes)\n\nAcknowledgment of Country \nPresent \nApologies \nMinutes of the 2023 AGM \nPresentation of the Annual Report 2023-24 \nPresentation of the Financial Statements for 2023-24 \nConfirm or vary the annual fee for membership \nConfirm or vary the number of Committee members (currently seven) \nElection of office bearers: \n\nPresident\nVice President\nSecretary\nTreasurer\n\nElection of ordinary members of the Committee \nClose \nNominations. We are calling for nominations of candidates for the YWNA Committee. Download a nomination form from HERE. Nominations must reach the Secretary by 25 November 2024 and should be emailed to KathYWNA@proton.me \nPlease contact us – committee@ywna.org.au for further information or guidance. \nMembership. Non-members of YWNA can join up before 10 days the meeting. \nRSVP. Please register via the secretary. KathYWNA@proton.me \nProxies.
